“This is Beautiful” is a series of posters and stickers displayed in the environment of the Binnerotte market square in Rotterdam. The constructed situation changes the point of view of pedestrians and in this way transforms the narrative of the entire space. The project deals with the potential of everyday pollution in connection with design. Heaps of garbage is left behind every time the market stalls shut down on the Binnerotte. The wind blows the rubbish high up and the cleaning machines chase them along the length of the square. With the slightest of changes in perception the view becomes choreography
– a grand ballet.
